The Optimist Club of Verona began recognizing outstanding leaders who have made a lasting impact on youth in 2021 with our Friend of Youth Award. “Friend of Youth” is the official slogan of Optimist International and clubs all over the country and world recognize individuals who have demonstrated this in their community.
Recipients are honored with a plaque and celebration in their honor.
